We are Scared and frustrated – LGBTQs in Ghana lament

The LGBTQ Community in Ghana says they are scared and frustrated in the country.

According to them, the recent happenings to the LGBTQ Community in the country has caused fear and panic among their members in the country.

In a tweet from the Ghana LGBTQ consortium said;

The happenings of the last few weeks and months, I.e. the constant att∆ck and har$$ment of LGBT+ Ghanaians, have left many of us scared and frustrated. What you feel is legitimate and very much warranted.

BACKGROUND

It could be recalled that some 21 persons were arrested at an alleged LGBTQs were arrested at a conference at the capital city of the Volta Region, Ho.

However, the Ghana LGBTQ consortium says that the arrest of their members has caused fear and panic among their Community and they are working hard to secure bail for the 21 persons.
