President Nana Akufo Addo Says the One District One Factory Policy has Created 139,331 Jobs

The President of Ghana, Nana Akufo Addo says the one district one factory policy have created 139,331 jobs for Ghanaians.

With less than forty (40) days to this year’s Presidential and Parliamentary elections, the various Political Parties in the country have started outlining their achievements and Manifesto promises to Ghanaians.

Touting his achievements for the past four years as the President of Ghana, President Nana Akufo Addo indicated that the one district one factory policy which his Government has implemented has created direct and indirect jobs for Ghanaians.

According to President Nana Akufo Addo, 18,811 direct jobs and 120,520 indirect jobs have been created under the 1 District 1 Factory policy.

President Nana Akufo Addo also added that, he will create more jobs when he is elected president of Ghana for a second term.

In a tweet, President Nana Akufo wrote;

“18,811 direct jobs and 120,520 indirect jobs have been created under the 1 District 1 Factory policy. More jobs will be created in the second term of Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP.”

After President Nana Akufo Addo’s tweet on the creation of Jobs, many Ghanaians have been commenting on the President’s Tweet as listed below;

Yaw A. Abban; Watermelon, Sheanut, Millet, Rice, Maize, Groundnuts, and Yam Processing Factories are being constructed in the Northern Development Authority area among others under the @NPP_GH government. This is going to create more jobs.

Man Kujoe; When was the last time you saw a government with so much policies feeding into each other… planting for food and jobs producing raw materials for the #1d1f factories and many more policies…this government means business!
