Nigeria’s Security Officers Pay Study visit to Ghana Police Service
Nigeria’s Security officers visit Ghana Police Service as part of their research on security in Ghana.
Information available to talkingdrum indicates that forty-two (42) officers of the Nigeria’s National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies are currently in Ghana to undertake research on security in Ghana.
According to the information put out by the Ghana Police Service on their officially verified Twitter account, the Ghana Police Service indicated that a team of forty-two (42) Nigeria’s Security Officers paid a study visit to the Ghana Police Service headquarters today 20th October 2020.
In a tweet, the Ghana Police Service said;
Nigeria’s Security Officers visit Ghana Police Course 42 Officers of Nigeria’s National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies have paid a study tour to the Police Headquarters, as part of their research on security in Ghana. The team paid the visit today. 20th October 2020.
The team of Security officers from Nigeria was received by the Director-General/Admin COP Dr. George Akuffo Dampare who led some members of the Police Management Board to answer questions of the visiting officers.
They visiting Nigerian officers were also taken round some offices of the Ghana Police Service, to familiarize with operations.
