Nana Akufo Addo says he cried like a baby when his mother died

Television show host and journalist with Media General, Johnie Hughes has written to the President of Ghana, Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

In his message to the President, Johnie Hughes reminded the President of one of the key problems basic schools in the country have been faced with for the past two years.

Johnie Hμghes in his message to the President indicated that basic schools in the country do not have any textbooks for the past two years since the new curriculum was introduced.

The TV3 morning show host also questioned what the pupils of the basic schools are learning since they do not have textbooks for the new curriculum.

In a tweet to the President, Johnie Hughes said;

“Dear President @NAkufoAddo

Please remember: basic schools have had their curriculum changed for more than 2 years now. And, they have had no text books. So what are they being taught and what are they learning? Whew! @yoadutwum @AfricaEduWatch”
