The former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress, Mr. Samuel Koku Anyidoho says he is still a loyal member of the NDC.

Mr. Koku Anyidoho who was also a former aid to the late President Prof John Evans Atta-Mills has become known for taking on his own party the NDC on issues which has given many Ghanaians the impression that he is no longer a member of the party.

However, in a tweet earlier today, Mr. Anyidoho indicated that he is still a loyal member of the National Democratic Congress but he shall continue to ‎remain true to his conscience.

According to Mr. Anyidoho, no amount of Insults and intimidation shall make him change his stance on National issues.

In a tweet Mr. Koku Anyidoho said ;

“I remain a loyal member of the NDC but I shall also remain true to my conscience. The insults and intimidation SHALL not change my stance on issues. The Atta-Mills Institute SHALL remain a  non-partisan Think-Tank to honour the memory of a Great Leader of the Republic of Ghana.”

As usual, some of the followers of Mr. Koku Anyidoho reacted to his tweet.

@francisKaglo said “Then please check your conscience the kinds of things it tells you to voice out. If you are true to NDC and our great leader mills, then your words should reflect as such. Words are powerful and the can be judge outright hence humble yourself because NDC is not made up of only mills”

@Joseph Hills also said “And you have to know he knows better.
This man want to be real to us but you people don’t like. If all politicians try to be real to their followers, I swear we can build Ghana. But here is the case that, we believe in lies than truth.”

 @misahTee “Afoko and the rest didn’t go about tarnishing their party like u doing. They faced worse in npp than ndc has treated u. But well u have ur choice. Do what u want if that wat makes u happy and free
