“Ghanaians have very lazy work ethics” – Lady compares Togolese, Nigerians and Ghanaians

A lady only known as Joyce James says Ghanaians have very lazy work ethics in among the countries in the West African sub-region. 

According to her, she has worked with Nationals of some of the countries in the West African sub-region and she can say that Ghanaians have very lazy work ethics.

Joyce James who is the owner of washntrin in her tweet said that she has worked Togolese, Nigerians and Ghanaians respectively and that among the three ( 3) country’s Citizens, Ghanaians have very lazy work ethics.

“I’ve worked with Togolese, Nigerians and Ghanaians respectively and I must say Ghanaians have very lazy work ethics” the lady said.

Ghanaians have very lazy work ethics

As expected, many Ghanaians have been reacting to James Joyce’s tweet that Ghanaians have a very lazy work ethics as compared to Togolese and Nigerians.

In their reactions, some Ghanaians disagreed with her on her comment and others supported her.

A Ghanaian called Jojo_nkrumah in her comment indicated that the statement made by the business woman is subjective and relative to situations and it may be that Joyce James is not treating his employees well.

 

@osikani in his comment indicated that Joyce James’ comment is largely true and that he has also experienced same working with artisans he hired to work on his house and the reliable artisans he fall on are from Togo and Benin.

 

A young Ghanaian man also in his response to Joyce James called on her to travel outside the country and see how hardworking Ghanaians are when they travel abroad and that Ghanaians do not go on holidays because it’s pay day as Togolese do.
